B-Fast with your Breakfast

Your mom wasn’t lying when she told you it was the most important meal of the day. I’m excited to share some of my top breakfast favourites with you in the next few posts. Smoothies, Green Scrambles, simple toast & PB, eggs – poached, scrambled, seasoned, greened, quinoa and oatmeal, or quinoa oatmeal and all of the trimmings, my breaky game is pretty tight.

When I have the time, I am typically enjoying poachies and toast. When I’m on the go, oatmeal with honey, PB, banana and a tablespoon of cocoa powder do the trick for that morning energy kick. I’m almost always carting a smoothie around, colours vary, but lately they are green. Quinoa oatmeal is one of my favourites, I’ve got some tips and tricks to share with you.
