It’s midweek, how are you feeling? Happy Monday is over? Excited Friday is just around the corner? Maybe this is your weekend? Either way, I just want to remind you to stay hydrated but also healthy. The easiest way to do so is to throw it all in your cup. I recently indulged in some serious smoothie action that included spinach, romaine, arugula, red leaf and kale, followed with two bananas, fresh blueberries, peaches and an orange.
