The What

Here, you will be able to peruse a plethora of concoctions that I may have made myself, or tested from an inspiring post. I like to get inspiration and basics from other posts, guidelines, so to speak. Luckily for you, I’ve never been one to follow rules, so sometimes, these dishes might get a little crazy.

I intend to post my endeavours in clean eating; energizing breakfasts, crisp lunches, heart dinners, full cups and tasty treats along the way. I’m not saying I eat like this most of the time, and in 2014, I want to work on my baking skills. I’ll share it all with you.

Most recipes I post will cultivate around whole, real food. Vegetables, proteins, grains; things that nature gave us. I have a soft spot for smoothies, green, pink or other wise. I possess a passion for things green, they can really knock that cold out of the park! It’s truly about mastering whole foods and spices and making them you’re own.

Remember that food is not about labels. Why?
